    Aurevia Shipping Policy

    As a high-quality beauty curator, our products are sourced and fulfilled globally through our dedicated logistics partner, CJ Dropshipping. Please review our shipping policy below for delivery expectations.

    1. Order Processing Time (Handling)

    Definition: This is the time it takes to verify your order, conduct quality checks on the products, package them, and hand them over to the courier.

    Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

    Note: Products pre-stocked in a regional warehouse may be processed faster (often 1-2 days).

    If an item is out of stock or during peak holiday seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

    2. Estimated Shipping Times

    Our shipping times vary depending on your location, the specific product's fulfillment warehouse (which may be global or domestic), and the shipping method chosen by our logistics partner.

    Destination Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing) Details

    United States (US) 7 - 15 Business Days Utilizing specialized shipping lines (e.g., CJPacket, USPS) for speed and tracking.

    Canada, UK, Australia 7 - 18 Business Days Times may vary slightly due to country-specific customs processes.

    Europe (Select Countries) 10 - 20 Business Days Depends on the specific country's local post and customs.

    Rest of the World 15 - 35 Business Days Delivery can be longer depending on local postal service efficiency.

    Please Note: “Business Days” are Monday through Friday. Delivery estimates are based on the average historical data provided by our fulfillment partner and are not a guarantee.

    3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping destination.

    Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX.XX (e.g., $50.00).

    4. Order Tracking & Notifications

    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

    Tracking Updates: Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking number to fully update in the carrier's system after receiving your email. The tracking will typically show movement once it clears the initial logistics hub.

    5. Multiple Shipments (Important for CJ Dropshipping)

    Because we partner with a fulfillment network that sources from multiple warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages on different days, even if you only placed one order.

    Rest assured: You will receive a tracking number for every package, and there is no extra charge to you for this.

    6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

    Aurevia is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) and will vary by country.

    International Customers: Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

    7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

    Aurevia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

    Delays: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframes provided above, please check your tracking link first. If tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive days, please contact us.
